Wagner’s sensual “Tristan and Isolde” and stirring “Tannhauser” will surge and thrill. The Grand Rapids Symphony and Chorus will sing Stravinsky’s haunting “Symphony of Psalms.” And Marcelo Lehninger celebrates the 80th birthday of his Brazilian compatriot, the noted composer Marlos Nobre, with the driving, rhythmically energized “Kabbalah.”
