DESCRIPTION:Outdoor ice skating is coming back to Rosa Park Circle! This year\,  we’re offering pre-booking for open skate time slots as well as walk-ups. The rink will be open daily\, (weather permitting) November 24-February 25 Once you select your tickets\, scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘continue’ Arrive within the first 10 minutes of your reservation start time for priority line access and skate rental. You will have up to 90 minutes of open skating. Pay admission upon arrival at the rink ($2/youth\, $4/adults). Cash and card accepted. Skate rental is free with admission. Your reservation is non-transferable and has no cash value. Registration closes 48 hours prior to this skate time.

DESCRIPTION:Downtown Grand Rapids transforms into a winter wonderland starting January 12 -March 10\, at the 7th annual World of Winter Festival! As always\, there will be various FREE winter-themed programming and events\, including (but not limited to) snow yoga\, black history\, and ice sculpture walking tours\, a silent disco\, and the community-favorite Human Hungry Hungry Hippos Tournament on Ice. \nOne of the most exciting attractions of the World of Winter Festival is Valent-ICE\, where Downtown Grand Rapids is decorated with over 50 ice sculptures\, making it the largest gallery of ice art in the state of Michigan. The World of Winter Festival\, organized by Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. (DGRI) and partners\, is designed to take advantage of Michigan’s cold climate\, provide fun ways for people to get outside and enjoy the season\, and make Grand Rapids a better winter city – which makes Grand Rapids a better year-round city.
