The 25th Most Influential Latinos in Michigan

During Hispanic Heritage Month, Vive Michigan, the state’s leading Latino magazine, will proudly announce—for the fourth consecutive year—its 25 Most Influential Latinos in Michigan. This annual recognition celebrates the extraordinary contributions Latinos are making across our state and highlights the powerful role our community plays in shaping Michigan’s future.

The individuals honored on this list are visionary leaders, changemakers, and role models who have created meaningful impact within their industries and communities. Their work reflects excellence, resilience, and a deep commitment to advancing opportunity for others.

This year’s honorees represent a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, retail, nonprofit, economic development, and beyond. From expanding access to healthcare for underserved communities, to driving economic growth and entrepreneurship, to leading initiatives that address social inequities, these 25 leaders are creating lasting change. Their influence extends far beyond professional success—they are strengthening communities, inspiring the next generation, and redefining leadership in Michigan.

About the Recognition Process

Each year, Vive Michigan invites the community to nominate leaders who are making a meaningful impact across Michigan. Nominations are reviewed by an independent selection committee composed of respected professionals and community leaders.

Honorees are selected based on demonstrated influence, measurable impact, leadership within their industry, and contributions to Michigan’s Latino community.
