El Globo Restaurant began with a clear mission, to create a welcoming space where people can enjoy delicious food and spend special moments with their loved ones, and with great acceptance since the doors were opened.
Abundis tells us that as part of their commitment to the community, they have created jobs for local residents, work with local suppliers and have contributed to economic growth in the area.
Abundis says, “we are proud to say that we have taken concrete steps to support our community. We have made donations to local charities that focus on providing food to people in need, also participating in community events, such as festivals and fundraisers, to contribute to the general well-being of our community.”
El Globo Restaurant has become a meeting place for people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. Through food it has managed to transcend borders and unite people around a common passion-the love of good food.

Her journey has been marked by several obstacles that Abundis had to overcome. Economic difficulties to the point of decimation. However, she refused to let these challenges stop her with determination and perseverance, she overcame the barriers, working hard to achieve her goals.
Through personal experiences, she has become a symbol of resilience within the Latino community. Showing others that any obstacle or challenge can be overcome.
