Monse Anleu – West Michigan 25 Most Influential Latinos – Gala 2026
Monse Anleu
Community Relations Specialist
Amway
Monse Anleu is the proud daughter of Mexican immigrant parents who taught her the values of hard work, perseverance, faith, and service. Growing up in West Michigan navigating two cultures, she learned early the importance of creating pathways for others and ensuring that people feel seen and valued, especially those from backgrounds like her own.
As Community Relations Specialist at Amway, Monse builds partnerships between employees and nonprofit organizations throughout West Michigan, mobilizing large-scale service initiatives with over 1,000 volunteers and generating thousands of volunteer hours directed toward organizations addressing education, housing, food insecurity, health access, and family support. Her work creates sustainable connections that continue generating positive change long after a single event or initiative has ended.
As a Latina professional, she understands the power of representation. Through programs like Emerging Leaders and Leadership Grand Rapids through the GR Chamber, she has positioned herself as a visible example that leadership roles are attainable for individuals from all backgrounds, ensuring that Latino voices belong at decision-making tables and that their perspectives bring lasting value to the community.
At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful belief: that bringing people together, building relationships, and creating pathways for service can transform communities. As a wife and mother, Monse is deeply committed to showing the next generation of young Latinos that it is possible to honor your roots while pursuing professional growth and community leadership.
“She didn’t just volunteer for her community | she built an army of people who do.”

Especialista en Relaciones Comunitarias
Amway
